Samantha Kipury, Joel Rao Named Co-CEOs of Dentsu Kenya
Dentsu Kenya has appointed Samantha Kipury and Joel Rao as co-CEOs, marking a strategic shift in leadership following the departure of former CEO Christopher Madison, who relocated to the USA with his family.
In a statement on Monday, the company introduced the co-CEO model as a foundation for growth, innovation, and transformation in the marketing and customer experience landscape across Kenya and beyond.
Samantha Kipury will focus on strategy, media, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships, leveraging her deep expertise to drive impactful outcomes. Joel Rao, known for his strengths in Digital and Customer Experience Management (CXM), will spearhead cutting-edge, customer-centric solutions.
