Temporary Road Closures in Nairobi and Kiambu Counties by KURA
The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced the partial closure of roads in Nairobi and Kiambu counties.
According to a statement on X, KURA has closed Enterprise Road, Eastern Bypass, and Thika Bypass due to heavy rains on Tuesday night.

Following the heavy rains experienced last night across the country, the following roads within Nairobi & Kiambu Counties have been heavily affected leading to partial closure.

“Following the heavy rains experienced last night across the country, the following roads within Nairobi and Kiambu Counties have been heavily affected leading to partial closure.” Said KURA.
The Authority says its technical team has collaborated with traffic police to direct traffic and improve driver safety.
Motorists have been warned not to attempt to cross flooded sections.
