1. Making Inciteful Remarks
Gachagua has been accused with the lawmakers for always making utterances that aim at dividing Kenyans. According to the lawmakers this undermine the peaceful co-existence of Kenyans and the general national unity.
This was realized back in the year 2023 where the DP said “the government of Kenya is a company and there are shareholders.”
2. Misleading the Public
MPs during there ongoing motion they made a remark that Gachagua has been continuously misleading the nation by his divisive utterances.
Previously Gachagua made a comment over Lady Justice Esther Maina that she was involved in corruption. And he publicly said that he must present a petition that will work for the removal of the forementioned justice Esther (this he has not done up to the present) then it can be concluded that the DP’s allegations are always false.
3. Undermining the Cabinet and the President.
From reference from the motion, it has been realized that that Gachagua does not show respect to his boss through the statements that he always utters to the public and to make matters worse they are not in line with governmental policies.
What a hell who can forgo his boss, you guessed right. The cabinet approved the River Riparian Evacuation orders which His Excellence Rigathi is a member. It came to the concern of DP and made many contradictions to the public despite being assigned duties to discharge over the same as a superintending the MP revealed.
4. Violating Oath of the Office.

5. Interfering With Nairobi County Government Leadership.
The legislator noticed inciteful nature of the DP over the county government of Nairobi the has planned the relocation of traders of wakulima to the market of Kangundo.
Due to demeaning and inciteful public utterances of the DP Gachagua, completely undermined negatively the integrity and functional of county government of Nairobi.

6. Acquiring Illegally Properties Worth Ksh. 5.2 billion
The MPs claim that the DP acquires his wealth illegally by using his spouse, close family members and two sons as proxies. In addition, he uses over 20 companies to launder dollars and conceal many proceeds of crime.
The values of property that Gachagua has acquired with two years in office is a very large amount when you calculate with the amount of money he earns per annum is closely to 12 million or so their motion proceeded.
7. Bullying
This is the final reason that can make DP to be impeached. He Uses his authoritative power to disrespect his junior when they discharge their duties.
One example where he showed disrespect by intimidating the contractors and public officers to divert materials that were meant for the construction of the Kilifi-Malindi Road. And he dictated them to tarmac the private road that leads to VIpingo Beach Resort. This resort is associated with His Excellence Deputy President Riggy.
